Today I had Engineering class in the morning before exploring the trends of food consumption of Florence in the afternoon. Later that evening, I went to Artigianato e Palazzo, a showcase of skilled craftsmen in an awesome garden before eating dinner at Trattoria del Carmine, a great restaurant on the south side of the Arno River. I had a delicious pesto pasta that was truly flavorful. Nothing like the watered down pesto in American restaurants.
