Endless Courses

The dinner we had tonight provided by CAPA was absoultely incredible. Unfortunately, I can't remember everything that we ate, and I only took one picture, but I'll do my best to recreate the experience. The apetizers included seasoned mushrooms, carmelized onions, a bread salad, salami, a rice dish, brushetta, sharp cheese with jam, bread and more. Honestly, it felt like the appetizers would never end. And by the time the actual main course came around, I was already getting full.

The main course consisted of three different pastas: stuffed pasta with peas, pasta carbonara and a spicy pasta with red sauce and meat. All of the dishes were really good. I believe the pasta itself was homemade given it's firm consistency. And for dessert we had a type of cream covered in chocolate sauce. It was similar to a firm whipped cream.

We had some great conversations with Dr. Galdi during dinner. Overall it was an awesome time. And I apologize for the brief description and lack of photos, but I don't think they would do the meal justice anways.
