After presentation this morning, I literally fasted all day to prepare myself the CAPA closing dinner that we were having tonight. The dinner we had tonight provided by CAPA was absoultely incredible. Unfortunately, I can't remember everything that we ate, and I only took one picture, but I'll do my best to recreate the experience. The apetizers included seasoned mushrooms, carmelized onions, a bread salad, salami, a rice dish, brushetta, sharp cheese with jam, bread and more.
