Arezzo & Orvieto

Today we didn't have any classes because our professor, Dr. Galdi, took us on a short trip to the town of Orvieto. Ben and I also stopped at the town of Arezzo on the way down.

While everyone else was sleeping, Ben and I got up early to catch a train to Arezzo, a town that is about halfway between Florence and Orvieto. I think we had our alarms set for about six o'clock, but we both slept through them. At any rate, we eventually got off, and by the time we made it to Arezzo, we had a few hours to walk around the town. Arezzo is cool, but there wasn't anything groundbreaking....

After dodging raindrops in Arezzo, we met up with the rest of our group on a train in route to Orvieto. Dr. Galdi was taking us to the small town for a quick day trip.
